Update - We are continuing to make progress in restoring normal platform performance and operations. While most users should now be able to use the platform normally, a subset of users is still affected. If you are still not able to properly use the platform, thank you for your patience as we work towards a complete fix.

Investigating - WHAT IS HAPPENING: Some users are currently not able to access the NA1 platform or may experience slower than usual performance.

WHAT IS AFFECTED: At this time, the general functionality of the NA1 platform is affected due to the performance issue.

Scheduled - The Taulia NA1 platform (login.taulia.com) is scheduled to go through a system-wide maintenance that will require us to take the platform offline. The NA1 platform will be unavailable from 2 PM to 12 AM PST on Thursday, November 8th.

Please plan ahead and schedule your platform activities accordingly. Because the platform will be completely offline during this window, the following services will be unavailable:

- Access to the Taulia platform
- PO delivery/confirmation
- Invoice creation/delivery
- Early payment requests/acceptance
- Integrated invoice flows (eFile/eSend)
- All other Taulia platform functionality.

Resolved - The issue was related to a slow down in one of components used for storing and searching invoices. The issue has been identified and resolved. Response times are back to normal across the board.
